Parque Frida Kahlo

Frida Kahlo Park & La Malinche's House
The tour starts in the Parque Frida Kahlo, where we start with one of the most internationally famous Mexican women before stopping outside La Malinche's house to talk about one of the most important yet misunderstood historical women.
Books and Coffee
ts. Learn. We will visit Coyoacán's dedicated feminist bookstore and cafe as well as the bookstore and cultural centre named in honour of Elena Garro. Hear about the resilience of some legendary women from nuns to authors. There will be a short break to unwind and treat yourself to a drink or snack if you like.
Downtown Coyoacán
Walk through the antique streets, admiring the beautiful architecture that holds countless secrets. Learn about the indigenous hands that built countless monuments and how colonisation affected women.

Say Goodbye
The tour will end outside one of the churches of Coyoacán for some final thoughts and questions.
